Greenwich Village Triplex

Two apartments were combined to create this triplex unit on the top three floors of a townhouse. The kitchen, with custom millwork and a painted bead board ceiling, is the central hub of the home, and opens to the living room on one side, the dining/family room on the other. Where possible, doorways were raised almost to ceiling height to make rooms feel even taller. A new stair leads to the penthouse master suite. Finishes include wide plank white oak flooring, a Chesney's limestone mantle, and an Ipe wood roof deck.
