Platt Dana was asked by a developer to create a single family home from a "shell' already under construction. PDA completed the interior build out including the kitchen and bathrooms, stair railing, lighting, doors and finishes. The large window and door in the kitchen was re-configured by PDA to allow for the counter top and sink to run across the back wall and overlook the garden.
