This house overlooks Long Island Sound on a site severely constrained by local zoning.PDA’s addition includes a two-car garage and master bedroom suite which is connected to the original house by a second story breezeway. A new rounded back façade facing the Sound contains the kitchen below, and a family room above. A curved stair links the two spaces. All rooms are sited to make the most of the ocean views.
