PDA removed existing dormers to streamline the existing cacophony of roof lines on this ranch house in rural New York State. A new addition houses a living room with pine wall panels, a cathedral ceiling, and panoramic views of the countryside. The new screened porch extends the living space to the outside. An enlarged kitchen with custom casement windows also benefits from an improved view.
