Upper West Side 1

This 2,400 sf penthouse on the upper west side was completely renovated by Platt Dana Architects. The expanded kitchen absorbed two small maid’s rooms to take advantage of sweeping city views north and east, and also provided ample pantry and office space. Not only were the original rooms reconfigured to reflect a contemporary lifestyle but new custom millwork, wood flooring, and moldings, plus central air throughout complete this renovation.
