Upper East Side 2

This gut renovation of a post-war apartment in Sutton Place was made interesting by enclosing an exterior terrace with floor-to-ceiling glass. This move by PDA extended the length of the living room and provided spectacular views of the Queensboro Bridge. The galley kitchen’s sleek stainless steel countertops stand out against the warm alkaline-dyed wood cabinets. Custom millwork lines the comfortable library/ TV room. The renovation included new (building regulated) aluminum windows, and wood floors.
