NORFOLK CT 1

Formerly a garish 1970s colonial with small windows, brick siding, and shag carpeting, PDA rebuilt this house from the ground up utilizing the existing foundation. The exterior mimics a classic New England salt box with painted clapboard siding and a metal standing seam roof, but the large interior spaces reflect a more modern lifestyle. A terrace off the back of the house holds a slatted roofed pavilion with an outdoor fireplace.
