Upper East Side 1

PDA reorganized this 2,900 square foot prewar apartment to accommodate a family of five. The kitchen almost doubled in size by absorbing a small bedroom, and the adjacent oversized formal dining room became a cozy family room. A more compact dining room now occupies a former bedroom next to the living room. Almost every room has custom storage to utilize every spare inch. The serene master bathroom features a cherry tree wall mosaic by Cheryl Hazan and a soaking tub. The kitchen is by Bulthaup.
